My 23rd Birthday!!!! Yaaaaay

I guess the last few years my birthday hasn't really been planned or celebrated like it used to be. With being a mom I kinda forget about myself and just worry bout the boys birthday and holidays! This year my mom took the boys so Nick and I could have some time together. With a few friends we went out to eat at Chepo's, had some drinks. Then later we all went out to the bar and were suppose to go home and sleep but instead partied. And of course I had to work today and it wasn't easy.I was so exhausted and felt like crap. But my birthday fell on a Friday so I had to have a little fun on my day!!!!! We planned on going into Atown tonight, getting a hotel and partying at all the bars. I don't work tomorrow but with how last night went we decided to stay home and rest. :) It was a great birthday I told Nick I didn't want anything but he still bought me something. At dinner, well before he gave me a beautiful diamond heart shaped necklace. It's so pretty, I love it! I was so surprised I almost cried! My parents bought me a bracelet and a couple shirts. And my friend Bethany got me some socks and a gift card to sports authority. I had a pretty good birthday and enjoyed spending time with some good friends and my family. OHHHH I almost forgot the best part my boys went with Michele and bought me roses! It was so sweet and the best birthday gift ever! THANKS BABY BOYS MOMMY LOVES YOU BOTH SO MUCH!

The Boys 3rd Birthday @ Happy Hopper's

This year flew by once again and my little guys are seriously growing way to fast. We decided to have the boys party at happy hopper's which is similar to bouncing bears but I think it's a lot funner and the boys have a blast their. We had there first birthday at bouncing bears but they weren't able to enjoy like they did this year. We let the boys choose there theme and of course they ended up picking Spiderman. It was a toss up between Spiderman and Toy Story 2. I had so much fun planning there party, every year it becomes more and more exciting for all of us. It's such a special day for us and I love spoiling my little baby boys on there day!

The morning of the party (today) I was running like a chicken with my head cut off. I had Nick take the boys to Happy Hopper's while Nick's mom and I stayed behind to finish up a few loose ends. We had to finish wrapping a few presents because they had so many and we ran out of paper last night. We had to finish putting the girls grab bags together because everything I bought was Spiderman :( kinda forgot about the girls till last minute. Then after we got everything loaded and to the party. I realized we forgot the decorations at the house and not just a few...all of them. So on top of already running late I had to go all the way home and grab the decorations. So that cut off a hole 30 minutes or more for me to be able to play with my boys before doing cake and presents. By the time I got back I had to rush and get the room all together. Thankfully everyone was extremely helpful, we got it all done pretty fast. Still gave me no time with the boys before opening presents but we had tons of time afterwards!!!!

This year I decided to get them similar cakes but different. They had some sweet ones at Walmart I chose a snacked cake with Spiderman swinging around the cake connected to a chain. The other cake was a flat sheet and it had Spiderman climbing up a cement wall. Both cakes were really awesome and the boys loved them. The party turned out more then perfect and everything fell together.

After we ate the cake and opened most of there presents we had to get outta the party room. Their was another party about to happen. So everyone went and played till they couldn't play anymore. We all had so much fun running around with the kids playing on all the blow up trampolines. Today was a lot of fun, I'm so blessed to have my baby boys!

Fun Time With Family

So Amber left several weeks ago but came back due to some things that needed to be straightened out. Now her and the girls leave tomorrow and Auntie Brittany is extremely sad. We have grown so close in the last few months and it's gonna be really hard to say good bye again! For the last two weeks we have been having a lot of fun playing with the kiddos. Paetyn is 8 months old and she loves me so much! Jade is almost 3 years old and loves her Auntie Brittany to! The boys are really gonna miss the girls having them hear everyday to not seeing them in who knows how long, is gonna be hard for all of us! I planned on taking the kids ice skating before they left but for some reason the only time they have open skate is in the afternoon and I work every day but Sunday and they are closed Sunday! SO that didn't happen.... :( Then we were gonna all go bowling today but Amber isn't feeling well and all the kiddos aren't either. Coming down with another cold and after they leave I'm gonna spring clean the house with lysol! Today I had the lysol bottle on the counter and all of the sudden Ashton was screaming I ran over to him and then he told me he had sprayed himself in the eye. So I had him lean over the sink and cleaned his eye out with water which seemed to help a lot. After that he was fine and didn't even hardly notice it had even happened. Today we are spending the whole time having family time. Gonna make my sister some dinner her favorite spaghetti and then play candy land with Jade, Ashton, and Brody! I am not looking forward to tomorrow at all!!!! They leave way to early and I have to work! :(

St. Patty's Day 2011

Today I really wanted to do something fun with the boys today.... So all three of us made rice crispy treats and dyed them green. It was so messy and sticky but we all had a good time. I was gonna have the boys make there own shapes but after I realized how much stuck to there hands I new that wasn't gonna work. So I decided to put the rice crispy treats in a pan and let the boys use cookie cutters to make shapes. It was not easy at all we had to let them sit in the fridge before taking the shapes out on the pan. The boys helped me melt the marshmallows, they kept eating them out of the pan. I let them each have a spoon so they could help me stir and watch them melt. A couple times they touched the pan and burnt them selves but kept stirring. After we melted them I gave the boys each a bowl and let them stir in the rice crispy cereal into their melted marsh mellows. Then after they mixed everything together we put them into a pan and spread them out. Then I put them in the fridge for about ten minutes and then let the boys use the cookie cutters to make shapes. I was very excited to do something with the boys for St. Patty's Day this year. They kept grabbing them and their hands were both covered in sticky rice crispy treats it was so cute. They kept saying "mommy clean my hands mommy" and I would tell them "eat them off your hands boys they are yummy." I even put some in my hands and ate it but they didn't really like the idea of having lots of sticky stuff on their hands. So I would clean their hands over and over again and every time I did they would just get them sticky again. We had a good time getting messy and I was happy they both had fun!

Oh GEEZE What A Mess!!!!!

Today you would never believe what Brody did well actually you would believe it. Nick has been painting one of the rooms and he decided to just cover the paint not put the lid back on. Well the door to the room got left open and while I was cleaning and Nick was sleeping he went into the room, got the roller, dipped it in paint and painted the Kirby ($2500) Vacuum and got paint all over the hallway floor and bedroom floor. Ashton kept saying daddy look what Brody is doing but by the time he looked paint was every where. And with nick not being a morning person he yelled at me and Amber and I cleaned it up. Not only was it all over the place but it was all over Brody, Nick cleaned him up for the most part. Then I just gave the boys both a bath and then cleaned up the huge mess. I had no idea Nick had opened paint in that room and I'm pretty sure I left the door open but still he should of known better. Although we were made for a minute it was pretty hilarious, I didn't realize how bad Brody wanted to be a painter..LOL. We didn't get all the paint up but most of it and the kirby is only a quarter painted now instead of all the way painted!!!!!

BUSy BuSY! :)

I feel very bad because I once again have been neglecting my blog!!! Being busy isn't a good enough excuse but its the truth and I need to try harder to update it more often. These last few weeks have been overwhelming but a blessing at the same time. God always works his magic one way or another..... About a week ago I got a wonderful job opportunity working for Immediate Care and so far I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I really think I have finally found the job of my dreams and am so grateful!

WInter FUn w/ My AMAZING Family

This winter we haven't gotten as much snow as we expected to get, at least so far this year.... But when the snow does fall we take full advantage by playing in it as much as we can. These last few weeks I've taken the boys sledding several times... We've gone to wonderland park three times, they have a huge sledding hill beside the park. Now walking up it with kids isn't easy but totally worth it. The last two times we've gone after sledding, we all went and played in the park. First time we took the boys Nick, Randy, The boys, and of course me all went sledding together.. Randy has this snow skate and I actually grew some balls and road down the hill standing on it. It's similar to a skate board with out wheels. Thankfully, I didn't bust my butt. We all had a great time. Second time the boys, Auntie Amber, and me all went....Then after sledding we hit up the park and Josh (Amber's Squeeze) came to chill with us. The boys had a blast riding on the tire swing, slides, and swings. The slides were so slink we totally flew day them.... I busted my butt every time and of course one of us had to catch the boys. It was a lot of fun we even ended the night by having a snow ball fight!!! Auntie Amber and the boys nieces Jade and Paetyn move are about to move away to Oregon. We are gonna miss them all so so so so so much!!!!! The girls were both with there dad's so they weren't able to come sledding which made me pretty sad. Then today we went sledding just as a family. The whole time we were sledding all the boys wanted to do was go to the park. So after going down about 8 times we went to the park and played for awhile. Then after playing we all had a snow ball fight in the park. Nick and I both went at it kept getting each other in the face and down our jackets. Even though we were cold,we finally called truths. It was a blast and I was full of laughs and smiles the whole time. I love family time just the four of us having fun as a family.

A few times these last few weeks the boys and I have gone out in the front yard and played. Across the road there is a hill that we attempted to sled down but it didn't work out as well as I had hoped. We couldn't make it all the way up the hill, kept sliding down. The first time we went out the boys made me walk in deep snow all the way around the house and in the back yard where there is a lot of snow. They were being very adventurous and wanted to be little explorers. It was really cute. And the second time I took them out was a few days later but later in the day... By the time we went out to play it was already dark out side. But we still had a lot of fun playing near the motion light and had a huge snow ball fight. The kept tackling me to the ground, we had a blast.

All the pictures I've uploaded on this post all from all the events I have stated. Starting from most recent.
