Time is Flying By!

OUR NEW HOME
I have no idea where to begin because so much has happened since i took a break from blogging. In september we bought our first house from Nick's mom, the house Nick grew up in most his life. We remodeled most of it and are still is the process of fixing odds and ends around here. It looks a thousand times better and it's so nice to finally have a home to call our own.. The boys always say "will you come to our new house" it's so cute. I love having all the room for them to run around and get wild.

SCHOOL @ AVTEC
I think i mentioned i was going to Avtec to get my CNA back in March, well i graduated and received my license. I now am working at a retirement home called Primrose and I absolutely love my new job! I work nights which takes a lot out of me but it helps us out so we don't have to put the boys in daycare anymore which saves us a ton of money. Nick still works for the union painting during the day and he to loves what he does. Hopefully here in a few months ill be able to start taking a few classes working towards my dream of becoming a registered nurse.

POTTY TRAINING!
About a month ago we started potty training the boys once again hoping this time they would succeed and well they are doing so good. During the day they wear big boy underwear and they're so proud of themselves. They hardly have accidents anymore and use the potty almost every single time they need to go even when out and about. In the morning the boys head straight to the potty after waking up.....Some nights they don't even have accidents in their diapers. Everyday they get better and better and we have made a box of diapers last well over a month for the first time ever. Have to say it's a lot cheaper having them in underwear!

HALLOWEEN!
For Halloween the boys were Team Motor Cross. After we bought their costumes they wore their masks so often. The day before Halloween boys went to an event called PUmpkin Patch where they had games and trick er treating for the little kids. Nick and I were in Vegas for a week so we missed out on that and Halloween but our friend Kailey took lots of pictures for us and video taped most of it. And on Halloween the boys went with my parents for the day and they took them trick er treating. I'm pretty sure the boys favorite holiday is going to be Halloween for sure because they love getting candy and dressing up!

H2 Oasis
Kailey took the boys to H2 Oasis on Saturday November 13 with her boyfriend Mike and his two kids Brooke and Owen. They said the boys had a lot of fun but the water was really cold so they were shivering the whole time. The boys played in the wave pool, the river, and the pirate ship. I wish i could of been there with them but i worked the night before so i had to get some rest before i headed back to work that night.

Boys FIrst Dentist Appointment!!!

I'll begin with saying i seriously haven't posted anything in several months and am definitely slapping myself in the face for it. I don't even know where to begin to catch up on everything that has happened. But i will start out by talking about the boys first Dentist appointment and then i'll post another filling everyone in on what has taken place these last few months. TO my surprise the boys did exceptionally well during their appointment. For them just meeting the doctor they felt very controllable with him the whole time which somewhat took me by surprise. I new they would do well but i thought at first they would both be a little shy and they weren't at all. My mom went with us to help me out, which i really appreciated her getting up at 8am to help me. Thanks MOM! Ashton saw the doctor first they gave him these cool shades to where while cleaning his teeth, he liked that! THe doc brushed them, flossed them, put fluoride on his teeth, and checked them all for cavities. And thankfully he has NO cavities!!!!!!!!!! Mommy was so proud of my little guy, he does so well at brushing his teeth everyday twice a day and it's paying off. Brody was after his brother and he was a little bit nervous about the whole idea of some guy playing in his mouth. At times he wasn't wanting to open his mouth very wide and had some strange looks on his face. But over all for his first time he did amazing. He also got groovy shades to where and had NO cavities! :) I have to say I was very happy with the results and glad i took them in when i did. The dentist also checked the boys teeth for over bites and he said they both look extremely healthy and normal. My little guys are just growing so quickly and aren't my little babies anymore. They are mommies Big Boys and i love them both unconditionally!
