Happy Mother's Day! :)

I feel like I've neglected blog spot for far to long...... But lately life has been so hectic with everything that has been going on. Last week was my first week of school at Avtec. At first I was so overwhelmed and really doubted myself, I am truly scared of tests. But I told myself I will not give up and I'm gonna give it my all! If i don't succeed i will feel like a failure but at least I still tried my hardest to complete it. I am studying CNA Certified Nursing Assistant then in a couple years i would like to go for my Nursing degree. The program for CNA is only 8 weeks long but its intense 5 days a week tons of reading and tests. I'm doing this for the next step in my career and am so proud of myself for actually following through and giving it my all.

Today was Mother's Day It reallly feels like this last year has went by very quickly. It was like just last month it was Mother's Day and now here it is again. I wanted to do something as a family today, something we hadn't done in a long while. So i decided we could go to the Zoo for our second time!!!!!! We met up with Matt, Amanda, and Kayden who we went with our first time to. The boys love animals so it was something i new they would enjoy. We weren't there for to long because it closed at 6 and we got there at 5pm. But we were able to see the Tigers which we didnt see last time so that was exciting. WE walked around and saw wolfs, bears, deer, sheep, and several other animals.. Ashton and Brody had a great time, not to mention it was gorgeous outside. After we left the zoo we drove home and I had some pot roast cooking in the crock pot. It turned out so delicious and even the boys loved it which surprised me. Today was a great day and for my mother's day present the boys and Nick bought me the Nikon 3000 camera that I've been wanting for a while now. The quality pictures it takes are so amazing and I have a permenant smile on my face. It was the best gift i could ever possibly get and im so happy to have such amazing boys who love me!!!!!!!!

Yesterday it was such a pretty day outside. I wanted to take the boys to the park but it was so overcrowded I decided not to go. So instead of the park my girlfriend Amanda her cousin and Kayden all went with us to Wasilla Lake. There really isnt much for the kiddos to do but it wasn't at all crowded and they could run all around and not get walked all over. The kids had a great time looking at all the ducks and geese. They threw lots of rocks in the water, even dipped there feet in it a couple times. The boys road on this airplane toy they have down there, they loved it. There used to be a lot of kid toys but now there is only one. The boys were taking turns sharing. It was a great day and my munchkins had a really good time getting all dirty and wet! After that we went home for dinner then a movie....... :)
